The reporting module is a repository of the reports where you can find helpful insights about the workspace performance, Job vacancies, and accounts.
There are 8 reporting sections:
Job board overview
Candidate flow
Candidate final status
Job pipeline
Account overview

Historical overview
Lead-Time tracker
In addition to the “Reports“, you may find 2 other reporting widgets showing overall information about “New Joiners“ and “Funnel Overview“.



You have few other reporting widgets in your main dashboard to provide a quick insights on your main recruiting KPIs. Including candidates status, assessments, conversion rate and "time to hire"


Job Pipeline
In this report, you have access to the job pipeline's overall information slicing the pipelines in steps and showing the current status in each.
The report offers 5 filters to narrow down the information:
Department, Job Title, Location, Funnel Steps, Duration
The report has 2 view options:
Chart section: Providing aggregation of steps from all job pipelines.
Table view: Offering pipeline location, departments, and publishing dates.
Also, you may find more detailed information by clicking on the "View Chart".

Candidate Flow
The report shows insights about the progress and changes in the number of candidates in steps within pipelines.
There are 4 types of filters: Department, Job Title, and Step

Candidate Final Status
Providing overall insights in the chart view about the final candidates status,
You have 3 filters:
Department, Job Title, and Steps.
Job Board Overview
The report provides insights into the job pipelines and the key indicators in the pipelines such as the publish at, lead time, and main steps within the pipeline.
You have 3 types of filters to narrow down the information:
Department, Job title and Location

Account Overview
In this report, you can find the total number of uses and candidates in the workspace.
Total People is the total number of Admin and Employees who are invited in the workspace,
Total Candidate is the total number of candidates and applicants within the workspace,
Total Partner is the total number of partners/guests.

Conversion Funnel
The report aims to help the user understand the hiring performance sliced down into main steps in all pipelines and the conversion rate of the candidates from one step to another.
Providing filtration based on the departments, job titles, and time span.

Historical Overview
The report provides insights into the number of candidates in each step by showing the trends in last week vs. today.
Providing filtration based on the departments, job titles, and time span.

Lead-time Tracker or Time to hire
The report explains the time to hire in a scattering graph.
There are 4 filters in this report to help you spot what you are looking for:
Lead-Time: To help you filter one step to another.
Seniority: To filter based on the seniority level of candidates who have been hired from job vacancies.
Department: Giving a department based view
And a timeline view to compare a specific timeline to the same period in the past.
