Email templates let the user individualize his/her own templates while choosing to either share them with the team or keep it in private.
Let's see how can you create one.
Create an email template,
Go to the "Setting" from the left side menu > choose "Template" tab > and check the "Email template" section
Click on "Add email template", select a template title, subject and write down your email body.
Now you can choose whether share it with entire workspace or keep it as private.
Save and that's it. You always can come and edit the template or rather remove it.
How to automate an email template in a pipeline:
Go to "Job" from the left side menu> Click on the 3 dots icon located in the top right of the pipeline card> Edit Job> Hiring Flow
Click on "Autonomous actions" drop down list > and choose "Emails",
Add a subject, body, condition, assigned step and set the time schedule.

Note: Once a candidate moves in a step, the email will automatically send upon the scheduled timeline.
How to automate an email template for all future pipelines:
Go to "Setting"> "Recruitment Preference" tab
Click on "Autonomous actions" drop down list > and choose "Emails",
Add a subject, body, condition, assigned step and set the time schedule.
Call a template in rich text editor
To call any email template within the rich text editor, you only need to click on the related icon πππΏππΌ

Approval process.
Once a new email template is in private mode, no one else can read it until you change the privacy. For changing the privacy you can edit it.
Other people can request to get access.
To do so,
A user needs to click on the eye icon to open up request form
By sending the request, the template owner will get the notified via an email and in-app notification
Requests can be either accepted or rejected.
Once the access request gets approved, the template will be shared with workspace users.

Note: Email templates in the offer step. All email templates can be assigned to the step "Offer".
