The evaluation is to design a data-driven and biased free selection and decision-making collaboratively with the hiring team.

To evaluate a candidate you firstly need to design an evaluation with the job creation process in the "Hiring Flow"> Autonomous Actions> Evaluation Form

You can evaluate a candidate and check the result (according to your role permission) in the "Score and Review tab" in the candidate scorecard within the pipeline.

Evaluation forms are in step> Candidate's Card>Evaluation Tap> Score & Review> Evaluation Form.
