The evaluation is to design a data-driven and biased free selection and decision-making collaboratively with the hiring team.

The Evaluation Form score calculates based on NPS methodology and "Likert Scale" while the top two scores identify as Promoter of the candidate by +100.

7 and 8 are neutral/passive and get 0 scores and the rest are naturally detractors with -100%.
